This FREE Ladies Doubles Round Robin event will be used to gauge interest for running a Women's Doubles "League" throughout the summer and fall. We'd like your feedback on whether you want to have a league every week or every-other week. This is also your chance to let us know if you would like to be a substitute player on any of our leagues, too.

P.S. Don't forget about the Cardio Tennis class on Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Space is always available.

This 1-Day Tournament will consist of a singles round robin in order to determine the top 2 players in each division. The top 2 in each division will then face-off for the Club Championships.

Divisions: Ladies "A", Ladies "B", Mens "A" & Mens "B"

COURT-SIDE LUNCH IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ENTRY.

This is a members-only event. Summer Members are eligible to play. Guests are welcome to attend and may also purchase lunch.

If we do not get at least 4 players in a division, that division may be combined with the other division or canceled.

This event is a mens doubles rotating partner round robin. That means you will have a new partner for each round. We will play 1 regular set per round and we will play several rounds. This event is an intermediate/advanced level event. NTRP 3.5+ please.

Refreshments and snacks will be served.

Guests of Members are welcome. $10/person

Friday, February 26 CALCUTTA COCKTAIL PARTY & TEAM AUCTION

6:30pm - 10:00pm (Poolside) A "Pro" is paired with an amateur ("Am") by drawing names from a hat. The teams are handicapped by the tournament committee.

Poolside Buffet featuring great finger-food like chicken sliders, burger sliders, chicken fingers, cheese and fruit platter. Beer, wine and cocktails. MEMBERS: $50 ALL-INCLUSIVE. Dinner & Draw Party

(The "Draw Party" is where we make the draw so you know who you will be playing.)

Dinner will be served in the Oak Room. Menu selection.

7:00pm-9:00pm (The Draw will be done in the Oak Room at 7:00pm. Please join us. Dinner in the Main Dining Room will follow at 7:30pm) Proper dress attire, please.

Teams must be comprised of Member/Member Mixed Doubles. Sorry, guests are not eligible for this event.

Tournament Play: Saturday, January 16 from 9:00am - 1:00pm

$75/team includes dinner. TROPHY EVENT!
